Be a Woman with a Plan
Welcome to 2017! It’s going to be a great year. How do I know? Because this year, you’re going to be A Woman with a Plan. And you’re going to ace it.
So what does being A Woman With a Plan, mean?
A Woman With a Plan is:
- A woman who understands her options.
- A woman who never takes her eye off her future.
- A woman who sees that her life is full of choices.
Sounds pretty great! You’re in, aren’t you!?
So, here is where we start. And this is my most fervent wish for you. This is the year that you’re going to make financial decisions without a sense of doubt but instead with a heart full of hope. You’re going to realize that – even if you’re starting from zero…even if you’ve never done any financial planning before in your life – that you’re starting today and that is amazing. Getting started is always a good thing. You can still do everything that you need to do.
We are going to start off 2017 with what I am calling The Lexicon Series. For the next three weeks, I am going to break down some big-ticket financial jargon for you – the ins and outs of the Stock Market, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and the like. You are going to get a 101 education that will help you feel more confident with your knowledge base. And that’s what being a Woman With a Plan is about. Making decisions that are based in knowledge.
Then, we’re going to continue to explore the topics that will share insight into your financial life. How does your health correlate with your financial planning strategies? How do you save for your child’s college and your own retirement? How do you ask for a raise – and maximize your income so that you can upgrade your savings?
And, as always, I encourage you to write to me if you have a topic that you would me to cover. I am here to answer your questions. Let me know what’s on your mind.
